Fees for Asset Protection Planning Services
In order to make our services available at a reasonable rate, rather than charging our normal hourly rate of $300.00 per hour, we offer the following prices for certain asset protection planning services:

Intensive Initial Consultation |
A thorough review of existing legal arrangements that are relevant to asset protection is conducted and specific recommendations are made on protection arrangements; meetings outside of Palm Beach County are typically conducted at the client's office location or at their home. While these meetings typically last 3 to 4 hours, the total maximum cost is $600.00 payable at the conclusion of the meeting. |

Includes the intensive initial consultation described above, and provides a thorough written analysis of existing arrangements and plan with a comprehensive action plan for improved asset protection. |

| $400.00/quarter | Implementation and Supervision |
|
Includes supervision of implementation and funding of asset protection plan and quarterly meetings to keep plan current and fully effective. |
